Presuming you are using OS X, as long as they don't use a complicated Python script (and I can't think of any shoes that do), I don't know why any shoes wouldn't work on a Mac.
The only issues with any non-script Poser content on a Mac that I can think of are case sensitivity; for example, you don't want to end up with 'Runtime' and 'runtime' directories, which are equivalent names in Windows, but different under UNIX (which is what OS X is under that pretty GUI), so you should check on installation for such issues. Also if some files happen to have a dot at the beginning of the filename, which isn't an issue in Windows, but makes them hidden under UNIX, but I don't think I have ever seen that in Poser content-exclaimation points are preferred.
