This recent one is excellent and very traditional--but I liked your original one too.  I think that Jesus tends to take on the looks of whatever particular ethnic group is honoring him; people can relate to him more that way.  I think that in terms of devotion it's a helpful tool; it doesn't matter that we don't know exactly what he looked like.
