So far, I've had dynamic stockings work perfectly well for fitting any morph nice and tight.  And mind, I've been converting conforming stockings, like the Infamous/Scandalous ones by Lady Littlefox.  To make the stockings stretch to fit, give them low stretch resistance in the Cloth Room, parent them to the figure, scale the figure down in the first frame, and scale the figure 100% in the last one.  I tend to scale down by z (mainly) and sometimes by x too, so as not to lose length.
