Quote - Why raise a topic that has historically led to rancorous disputes - in the service of irony, humor? It's not like raising some substantive question or even a new bit of jocularity. Call it whatever. Perhaps someone is the soul of innocence and it's those other people, maling and/or overly sensitive that start the trouble. The question is, at what point does setting up the environment acrue some responsibility to one for the eventual outcome - and why is it worth it? I'd love to be able to discuss politics and religion here, but it's not allowed because it (almost) always ends badly. It certainly doesn't make sense that discussing a company should lead to the same results but it has - so again, why go there just for a chuckle. Is it that irresistable, are anyone's rights of free speech so trampled on by exercising a little discretion?
I don't mean to be critical and maybe I'm overreacting and yeah, I've probably done it too, but I still just don't see the use when there are a few million other things to talk about but as they say, carry on :-)
Point taken, I will refrain from adding to any such threads in the future and stick to the more technical ones - oh and those that are humorous.
I use Poser 13 on Windows 11 - For Scene set up I use a Geekcom A5 - Ryzen 9 5900HX, with 64 gig ram and 3 TB storage, mini PC with final rendering done on normal sized desktop using an AMD Ryzen Threadipper 1950X CPU, Corsair Hydro H100i CPU cooler, 3XS EVGA GTX 1080i SC with 11g Ram, 4 X 16gig Corsair DDR4 Ram and a Corsair RM 100 PSU . The desktop is in a remote location with rendering done via Queue Manager which gives me a clearer desktop and quieter computer room.
