well, if it were me and all I had was maybe Photoshop or GIMP or PaintShop Pro, I'd make a small square that has 1s and 0s in a pattern I liked, make it a seamless pattern and use that. If you wanted to mix it up a bit you could always erase certain areas of the finished filled logo and change out the number.
