Your first problem seems to be a serious case of the "cross talk" problem. This is a well known problem in Poser when loading two models into the same scene, it has nothing to do with Natalia specifically. There has been several solutions to this problem discussed here, but the one I found works great is the "Null Loader" made by Robert Whisenant. It is a very basic and stripped down CR2 that you initially load into the scene and you then make sure to have it selected when loading each additional character. This will avoid the transfer of morph dial settings from the old characters when loading the new ones.
