This is incorrect.  The Runtime folder should be inside the Victoria 4 folder.  It will always be within a parent folder as mentioned in previous posts.  You add your content runtime folder to the Victoria 4 folder.  Those runtimes will merge into one.  You can only have one runtime per folder.

I have Victoria 4 on Poser now... the problem is having a "Runtime" folder for my "Renderosity" purchases. They have been "unzipped" but I am not sure how to have them appear on Poser.
