Thread necromancy:

Cage, I would like to use the chain posing script with a custom made chain link (see image-- the links lay flatter-- it's a necklace/jewelry type).  I can make a parent-child set with them, but would find posing them tedious one-by-one.

A) Would geometry-switching be the route to take?  (I've been doing some investigating and this looks promising...)

B) Would it be possible to do with the chain link objects that your scripts generate?

C) If possible,  how would this work (in small words and step-by-step instructions for the newbie to follow easily)?

 D) Could I adjust the ?x translation? factor to get the links double-linked as in the lower example?  (Better for the jewelry look I want...)
