Might I suggest a couple of free image programs, IrFanView or Xnview. Both programs are simple but powerful image utilities that have screencapture functions.

Poser uses relative addressing for pathfiles. This means that Poser only need a partitial path that is indexed or referenced somehow. The actual 'Runtime' folder is this index, Poser then needs to know which folders contain a 'Runtime' folder. It does become confusing when people refer to a mapped content folder in a general way as a runtime folder. Perhaps a way to think of this is to compare it to a treasure map. On a treasure map you might have the instruction to start at the old oak tree then from there go so many paces etc. etc... The 'Runtime' folder is the old oak tree in this analogy.
