that is the way I would do it, rather than merging all your runtimes into one big one. it makes it very much easier to find the poses that go with your hair etc if each thing is in a separate folder.

So I wouldn't do what someone above suggested and merge each folder into your poser content.

But make sure you don't have a folder called Runtime inside a folder called Runtime.  Each runtime should have its own folder around it. Like I showed you in my screen cap.  that works best.
