Ah- didn't even remember that one.  I prefer to place textures/ink/scars directly onto and within the texture maps themselves- never even bothered with the decal plug-ins.  Ever.  That or Clothehim/her. 

For that price, I'd find someone who has had good luck in results and ease of use before buying it.
