Quote - Sofia has her own runtime folder so the libraries folder should already exist.  Link that Sofia folder to Poser.  You have already been instructed how to do that.  Do you understand that procedure. or do we have to reiterate the steps again?  There is an image posted.  If you managed to link the Sofia folder to Poser, then you need to open the proper Library category for this character.  That would be the Pose section which can be opened by clicking on the gray running man icon at the top of the library.  The Sofia folder should show subfolders which will contain your content.

I've tried severa times with creating a "Poser Content" folder and putting the Sofia folder inside it. When I click on the gray running man icon to download the Poser Content folder, it shows and I click on it. The Poser Content folder shows up in Poser but as an empty folder even with the Sofia folder inside it.
