If your Poser content already contains a runtime folder then the Sofia folder cannot be placed into it. You can take the Sofia runtime and merge it with the Poser Content runtime, but you cannot do what you described.
Open your Sofia folder and verify that it has a runtime folder. Then open that runtime folder. Please describe what is in that folder.
I opened the Sofia folder. What appears inside that is, a data folder, Documentation folder, People folder, and Runtime folder (in that order from top of page leading down. I clicked the Runtime folder to open it and there is a libraries folder and a textures folder. I clicked the libraries folder and ten folders appear. From the top of page leading down, the folders are, camera, character, face, hair, hand, light, materials, Pose, props, and scene. I clicked each of these folders and they all are empty. Could this be the problem???
