If they are all empty then there is no content unzipped into that runtime.  This is a problem.  How did you unzip the compressed file?  Give me step-wise details how you did this.  ATM, you have no content which is a problem.  Also, provide a link to the Sofia character.  I would like to examine the readme from the link.
