Subject: Old purchase...new download?

I did go back to my original purchase and attempted to download it again, unfortunately I experienced download problems on my end (my downloads kept stalling out and I needed to retry a couple of times). I received a message indicating that my download I had reached my download limit and could not retry.

Unfortunately I live in a rural area and the fast and consistantly more reliable ISP are not available here. every few months I need them to come out here and make adjustments.

Can my download limit be reset? I have called my ISP provider and they usually respond with a service call within 1-2 days. If I can get a reset, I won't attempt another download until they check things out.
