Falloff = 9.5 people. Now which of you knows why that doesn't tell us much, but it's important to know.

======== READY?

9.5 what? Feet? Meters? PNU? mm?

Anyway, whatever is farther than 9.5 is not lit.

This is a stupid feature from a previous century that should not be used.

Set your light to inverse square falloff. You want lights to behave like lights, then configure them to act like lights, instead of hackery from the 20th century.

According to the XYZ position, the light is about 9.39 from the center of the world. Assume the face is right at the center. Since the light intensity goes to 0 at 9.5, and the starting intensity is 94%, the intensity at 9.39 is around 1.1%, not 94%.

Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)
