Edit the texture in Photoshop/Gimp/PaintshopPro   and save it out with a new name, such as "Posette Shaved" or some such.

Apply the new texture to Posette and there she is, bald as a, er, bald thing.

I'd avoid using the method described in my post yesterday about Men's Hair Removal, though.
