This is much improved in SR-2.  There are sometimes some shading artifacts in that area with an exteremebend, but the actual shape is pretty food-no more "Fin Butt"... :)  If you have any problem garments, try reconverting them under SR-2.

I woudl say for a commercial outfit theat Outfitter could be used as a starting point, and the clothing could be tweaked to improve the fit and movement.  Also, the V4WM package, being Open-Source, could be distributed with the outfit...
