A Poser rigging tutorial? Why do you need to distribute something? There are a bunch of cartoon people in the standard library - show people how to rig one of them properly.

It doesn't matter that they have a rig - in fact maybe that's a plus because users can compare their own work with what is there.

Just start with the OBJ and build the rig from scratch.

While you're at it, teach them how to use new materials, too.
