Besides the the sculpted look and vaines and muscle accents it gives him, it fixes where his chest and arm pit meet allowing his arms to hang down in a much more organic natural human way, not stiff like a doll anymore, it also reshapes his head and neck and adams apple and reduces his palm size mike 4's hands were a little too puffy this fixes his wrists and palms as well and hip and galutes.

 

one negative aspect is it has a slight negative effect on the forearms but this can be fixed with the morphing tool very easy with a slight push of the brush.
