You mention Poser 2010, do you actually mean PoserPro 2010?  If so, check if you are rendering with render gamma correction on and set to 2.2.  I don't know if transmaps are being used, but I would go into the MatRoom and change the gamma settings to trans-, displacement, and bump maps to 1.
