I buy alot of products and occassionally pick up some items at Sharecg freebies. I haven't experienced that problem, but admittedly I do have my runtimes in the default locations. So perhaps it is a file path issue. I have both Poser8 and DS3A and DS4pro installed, and I point DS directories to the Poser runtimes for content. No problems. :-)
