Old Squeaky Kate may have aged a little but she still looks more or less the same under the lippy and slap.  One thing you may not notice from most photos is she has rather prominent ears.  

As for her singing, IMO she improved dramatically with age.  I thought she was very good when she first appeared but now I think when she pulls out all the stops, she is outstanding. 

She also has some surprising musical tastes, given her own output.  She, like me, is fond of Killing Joke, which is about a million miles away from her own stuff.
