Quote - OK, mea culpa time - I had tried buying a $1 GC for Ann and I thought she had received it, but apparently not. So as far as we know GC purchases at the moment are simply not working. The orders are, however , being logged so this should be correctable. I'd still be interested in knowing email addresses and whether or not you are receiving order confirmations, as those seem to be very iffy on the new store.

I haven't purchased a gift certificate in the new store, but the problem may precede the change. My ISP is Comcast and I never got the confirmation and number of a GC  I purchased a week before the change. I only got it through cust support.

I'm also not receiving confirmations of purchases at the new store--which would be a new problem since my Comcast account received them before.
