After you have opened the file in Poser, position and render it as you want it to appear. Make sure the shrugging guy is still selected and go to the bottom and click on the + sign (Add to Library). Type the name of the file as it appears under the shrugging guy and say OK. It will warn you that the file exists, just say ok and voila! You have an rsr file.
