Technically you probably cant without permission... though through our experience with v4 wm that may be true of the basic rigging.  There is probably a lot that could be dis allowed by the strictest legal reading of the liscence, its a matter of what SM will allow.  Perhaps PM one of the SM guys at RDNA and ask
