I just recently struggled with Win 7 Pro and it's little gliches.

Here are two things that helped me.

Do you have in your Program Files/Common Files/Daz/dzInstall.ini ?
if not you will need to create that (*you can also do this if you are using a 32 bit OS by choosing Program Files (x86)/Common Files/Daz/dzInstall.ini) and creating it in that folder also. It is easy, make all of the folders, and the ini file is just a new rich text document made by right clicking on the empty space inside the Daz folder, then selecting the rich text document and naming it the ini file as spelled here.

Second, click on the poser icon, is this a 64 bit or a 32 bit system? If you have the X86 folder with your content then go and click on the Poser Icon, and select Properties, then select Compatability. There is a window drop down that will say different OS's you can choose from. Choose XP for 32 bit SP2 for that. If you are using 64 bit choose Win 7. I posted a SS for you. If you do not select one, often it gives weird errors that make no sense! I struggled to get W7 to work correctly for me. This may honestly help.

Hope so.
