There's also the Mooch Tail at DAZ for those truly "floor-dragging" locks.

It's for Victoria 3 (well, the "Millenium Generation 3" figures), but should be fairly easy to fit to any other figure.

Do be aware that it's a bit resource heavy, and renders can go rather slow with it.
