Here's what I've done in the past (but not with poser) 1. Back-up your registry. 2. COPY all the files to your new drive. 3. Using regedit, or preferrably some other reg utility that handles global search and replace, change your drive letter. 4. Test 5. Delete files on old drive. With Poser, I thought I'd get lazy and use MagicMover. It changed the case of my directories. Obviously not a good thing with Poser. Good luck.
