However, the majority of older content will work in Poser, most products made for the Millenium 4 (Victoria, Michael, any "Name 4" figures) and the earlier figures are usable in Poser.

The Genesis figure and anything requiring it will not work properly in Poser for a number of reasons that have been hashed and re-hashed plenty of times on this forum.
