Thanks for the help. Clicked on the .exe file which is where the next question asks which programme do you want to install it into. Poser is installed in My Documents and the file itself is now on Desktop. Using Windows 7 XP 32 bit with Firefox, I did try Explorer with the same result. I don't have Winzip so that might be the cause....?
