If your Poser exe is actually PoserDebut.exe (from the folder in your My Documents) then your content will fail to install.  The DAZ installers are designed to look for 'Poser.exe'.  If such a file is not found, either they will quit, flag an error, or ask for a version. 

Now, describe exactly, and with as much detail as possible, what happens when you double-click the Celestial Hair exe.  This is critcal because I cannot duplicate the problems on my computer.
