WHERE IS ALL THE ORANGE COMING FROM?!

That was going to be the subject of my post if there was a place to put one- but anyways, Hello!

I really love this skin and have been using it to produce my first commercial character: Myranda.  However I've run into a frustrating issue with the eyes, eyelashes, skin texture shadows and the subdermal mask texture after rendering in Poser 9.  I am using the Pro skin version with raytracing and sss.

The issue is that everything I listed above contains an amber/orange hue that I cannot get rid of.  NONE of the texture files I've modified contain any orange, only purple; or in the case of the eyes, white.  You can see the modifications in the attachments I've added below.

So my questions are:

  1. Why are the eyelashes orange by default? I have to go into the materials room and manually change the color to black.  I would like the eyelashes to load black by default.

  2. Why do the eyes contain orange elements in them?  I have to load eyes from a completely different model (ie Lanaya for V4) to make the orange in the eyes disappear.

  3. Why are there orange/amber hues in the shadows of the texture map?  I have no idea where this is coming from, as the lights I used were white only light.

  4. Why is the subdermal layers appearing orange still when light passes through my model's ear for example in the picture below?  Why is there blue around her mouth and ears?

Any insight and help that you can provide me would be sooo appreciated as this is THE best and premier merchant resource skin texture I have yet to see made.  Other than my concerns, I want to say VERY excellent job on this project!

Thanks,

Greta

Orange eyelashes and in eyes and orange shadows

More orange and blue can be seen here and the orange in the subdermal

Here you can see more blue around the mouth and right here and better see the orange subdermal, even though I recolored the subdermal purple

Here you can see what changes I made to each file
