I'm not surprised they've gone free tbh, they must have had a lot of people buying and returning the software due to the poor documentation.
Keep in mid some could care less about documentation. I never read the documentation. If I have an issue, i ask on forums or do a google search for the issue and can usually find a post or video that helps. Just open the program and find your way around, it's not hard. I can't even fathom the mindset of rerurning it because of documentation issues.
