Not everyone has unlimited broadband internet access and/or the free time and/or inclination to trawl forums and youtube to find out how to use what was a very expensive piece of software. All of the software I've bought up to now has come with extensive offline documentation, built in tutorials etc. No I haven't read every single bit of it but it is there if I need to look something up.
