When you order the physical box from SM, it says this right in the cart page.
Quote - - Shipping Charges do not include Tax, Brokerage Surcharges, or Custom/Duty fees that may be required or allowed by the destination Country. Customers requesting a Physical Shipment to any EU country WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for any VAT (15-17% of order value) and Broker Surcharges ($25-$30) which are charged by the carrier and payable at the time of delivery.
Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)
