Please don't take this the wrong way because I am not implying anything about your intelligence, but it seems very likely to me that the reason you are seeing lots of different interpretations that don't make sense to you is that copyright law is complicated, and I don't think your English is good enough to grasp the subtleties of interpretations and laws written in English.
