Quote - Why?  Dunno.  Maybe I'm moderately anglophilic.  :unsure:  Probably it's a mix of the "grass is greener" and my tendency to pay more attention to culture and pop culture than real-worldy stuff.  :lol:  Possibly I just sense that I'd be happier as a European in general, yet I'd still prefer to be where I know the language?  Huh.  Have to think about it.

Well, with the exception of certain HBO series, British TV is better. It must be. They have comedies that are actually funny, and dramas that feature actresses who really are outside of the 19-28 year age range and are sometimes almost as unattractive as the actors, Richard Armitage notwithstanding.  Feels like home: TV with human beings.

Then again, maybe it's just the British few programmes that I can scrape up here that are like that.
