Hey Gus ..same here i think ven mor then 2 years waiting for a reply ..
I had problems making quickmat non working they dont care and wont reply at all. not even on their own forums....
Pitty you need to redownload because that might never going to happen..
better look for other option ..i know thats gonna cost money again but its less frustrating 
Bottom line DONT BUY anything from HOGSOFT .. aftersale's is ZERO..
They dont seem to care at all for customers service..
