No I don't use them, no I don't buy them.  

The reason is I am too lazy to figure out how to work them.  That's sad right.

But I have a question:  can't you make any clothing into dynamic?  I thought if it was conforming you could still use it as dynamic in the cloth room.  Maybe I'm an idiot, most likely actually.
