I havent made the upgrade to Mountain Lion yet I've been searching to find out what apps I own are compataible and what are not before I decided to update. Right now Poser is the only one I have that will not run correctly. So Im not sure what I plan to do. I dont use Poser as much as I would like due to lack of time and I am still a noob when it comes to it. I could install it on my PC but its an old computer Windows XP 2Gb of RAM so I'm not sure what I am going to do yet.
Which is the best way to do it. Upgrade based on whether or not it is good for your workflow, as opposed to Apple or Microsoft needing a cashflow boost.
Let the pioneers find out what the problems are. They are easy to spot - they have arrows sticking out of them.
Apple has made it real easy for me - Lion won't install on a boot disc that is a raid volume and ML won't run on a 1st or 2nd gen MacPro unless I hackintosh the bootloader. I can easily do it, but I really don't need all of the iToy features on my desktop.
So it looks like I'll be on 10.6.8 for a while.
