The light is the Reality Sun, just dropped the gain to 0.75 and upped the default gain to 1.25 to soften the sunlight and give softer shadow edges, the sunlight is aimed though the middle window (If you have West park Lobby you'll see there are 3 huge arch windows on that level) at the model.
I'm similar to yourself that I'm new to Reality so I'm just messing with basic settings, eventually I'll start trying some depth of field adjustments and ibls etc...
