If you could do it in a couple of weeks and were yourself happily excited about the project because you know you'd enjoy doing it, I'd think $1000 would be acceptable minimum compensation.
For 3-4 months of 12-18 hour days of blood, sweat, toil and tears -- I think $10,000 should be the minimum. ETA: The absolute minimum.
I think we would be better off accepting the result of using texture converter to convert our v4 skins into v3 ones and then thanking you profusely for mapping Posette for V3.
