Hello David, You know I mostly agree with you.
Texture, texture, and texture.
But each figure has its limitations.
But? As you , I am sure one never needs anything above 20.000 poly's.
I 'll take good poly distribution over poly count any day of the year.
With a good texture of course.
Ever tried 8192x8192 textures?
Man, a new world opens up when you do that.
