I was wondering about this problem and if it was resolved? I don't want an error message popping up every few minutes!

Yep it has to do with QueueManager2012. Terminated the app and the problem went away...in case anyone else runs into this. PP2012 SR3 works great!!

 

Didn't see any mention of Queue Manager on the CP update page so thanks for the extra info.
