So DS4 scenes with Genesis and Subdragon figures will load in DS 4.5?

I guess this is my main concern the information above seems to conflict a little in this regard.

I wouldn't expect it to work vice versa. Its fairly normal that files saved in a newer versions of a program won't work in older versions.
