I was the one saying genesis is low poly. DS uses CatMull Clarke Sub Division. When needed it will go to a higher resolution in DS4. Poser uses a different type of smoothing at render time. The two are not the same and can give different results. If you render a closeup of an ear, you will see some unnatural deformation, but it is not too bad overall. For normal face closeups it is acceptable.
Regarding Queue manager in DS - Go to the DAZ Studio forum and get your answer there. The Poser forum is not the place to get advice about Studio
