I won't touch XP without a spear! LOL As for the Swap file, go in the control panel, open the "System" panel, then go into "adanced" tab. Then look for "performance", in there is the "Swap" file settings! Make sure it starts at 1 gig!! This should improve things for Poser or any other "Mem hungry" app!! That's it!! Marco
