I suspect it wouldn't work very well. Along with the problems Winterclaw mentioned, Poser people don't bend the same way as real people, especially in the trunk and shoulders. This makes it very hard to create poses for cars or sitting at a desk; even though the dimensions of the car or furniture are accurate, Poser figures always end up sticking their feet through the floor or their knees through the desk.
Crawling or creeping in a confined space like a duct would be worse, because it's all done with the back and trunk.
