i don't think that would be a morph at all......those viens would be painted on the skin texture with a bump map to make them stand out abit.. if you could provide some picture examples of what your looking for it could be done this way...

also ds has the layered// LIE that can be used to lay a painted png image over the top of any skin...send me a pm here and i might be able to help you out.
